Bang & Olufsen BeoLab 12 loudspeaker is the first wall of this manufacturer which has been developed for video and surround sound setups. This new speaker fits in perfectly with any B & O flat screen HD TV.
The speakers are flush against the wall and include the Bang & Olufsen Acoustic Lens Technology. This technology spread high frequencies horizontally at an angle of 180 degrees so that the listener can sit anywhere and still be able to enjoy an optimal listening experience.
The three-dimensional wave design, which was conceived by David Lewis, creates a visual form that is discreet and streamlined. Its compact size does not affect the performance or acoustical perfection. BeoLab 12 is a fine example of the synergy between design and performance. It uses every inch of the unit to an incredibly clear and accurate audio experience to bring.
BeoLab 12 detail acoustics have a minimum area
BeoLab 12 is versatile and fits in any room and in each room. The speaker has a ¾ inch Acoustic Lens for the treble, a 2 inch midrange unit and two 6.5 “woofers CosCone flat for low frequencies that are directed towards the wall. The 2-inch aluminum speaker provides clear sound that goes with the sound of the acoustic lens.
In the shadow of the lens, the midrange grille finished with high quality aluminum. The grill has holes in a pattern that fits the shape of the lens. These holes will sound pure and not distorted.
BeoLab 12 includes Bang & Olufsen ICEpower Class D amplifier’s own technology. ICEpower, a patented technology by Bang & Olufsen, stands for Intelligent, Compact and Efficient conversion of energy. It is the secret behind Bang & Olufsen audio performance. This takes less space and equipment, while offering a very powerful solution. So a small speaker with a big sound.
Ear height adjustable
The design of the speaker is designed so that it looks good from every position. The lens is height adjustable for optimal sound. The rear connector panel is a three-way switch so the placement of the speaker can be adjusted.
